A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Before you start.
Does it send orders automatically on WhatsApp?
No. It prepares a message using WhatsApp click to chat. The buyer must press Send inside WhatsApp. A saved request does not prove that the message was sent or received.
Can I import my Excel price list?
Yes: save it as a CSV with our column headers, then import it. The current beta accepts CSV files with up to 25 products; it does not read .xlsx files directly.
Does the buyer pay on the form?
No. The form prepares a wholesale request. Confirm availability, delivery, tax and payment terms directly with your buyer before accepting an order.
What is free right now?
The beta includes one published catalog per management key, up to 25 products, MOQ and pack validation, and a request inbox. Recent requests are retained for 90 days. Paid checkout is not open yet.
How do I keep access to my catalog?
Your browser stores a management key. Save the private management link from your dashboard somewhere safe. Anyone with that link can edit your catalog and read requests; it should never be sent to buyers.
