Your use of the service
Publish only lawful products and information or images you have permission to use. Keep private management links and email access secure. Buyer links publish your catalog information. This service collects order requests; sellers remain responsible for availability, delivery, tax, payment and returns. A saved request does not prove a WhatsApp message was sent, an order accepted or goods paid for.
Plans and billing
Free includes one catalog with up to 25 products. Pro includes up to 10 catalogs, 200 products per catalog and removal of the OrderRelay badge from buyer pages. Pro is not open for purchase. Sandbox checkout, if enabled, is for testing and does not take real payment.
After Pro expires or payment fails, additional catalogs pause and data stays saved. Select one catalog with up to 25 products to continue on Free. Image storage limits still apply, and new uploads can be blocked if your existing storage exceeds the Free allowance.
Records and availability
Requests are retained for up to 90 days. Each catalog inbox shows up to 500 recent requests. Export important records. Infrastructure quotas, outages and maintenance can affect availability. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights.
