OrderRelay has no live paid checkout. Free use and sandbox test payments do not create real charges to refund.
Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. OrderRelay does not collect payments for goods in sellers’ catalogs; agree refunds for those goods directly with the seller.
