1. Set clear ordering rules

List an SKU, unit price and currency for every variant. Set product MOQ and pack sizes separately from your minimum order value.

2. Let buyers choose quantities

Share your published buyer link in a conversation, profile or email. The form checks quantities and the current published prices before saving a request.

3. Review the WhatsApp message

After saving a request, the buyer can open WhatsApp and press Send themselves. Opening WhatsApp does not prove that a message was sent. Saving a request does not mean a sale or payment occurred.

4. Confirm the details with your buyer

Confirm availability, shipping, tax, payment and fulfillment separately. Mark requests confirmed only after your conversation, and export recent requests for your records.
