A buyer order sheet, ready to fill in

The Excel workbook includes a blank template and a fictional example. Complete the seller, buyer, contact, currency, date and order reference. Sellers enter SKUs, product names, unit prices, MOQ and pack multiples; buyers enter quantities and notes.

Blank or zero quantity means unselected. Selected quantities must be whole numbers, at least the MOQ and a multiple of the pack size. Excel shows invalid quantities and warns when the product total is below the minimum. Review all warnings before sending the file to the seller.

Example calculation

12 mugs at USD 8.50 plus 6 trays at USD 14.00 = USD 186.00, above the USD 150.00 minimum. Shipping and tax are excluded and confirmed separately. The printable PDF does not calculate automatically. Never enter card numbers or CVC in either file.

Turn your products into an online form

Use the builder to enter the products from your sheet. XLSX files are not imported directly. The separate Product import CSV ↓ contains product columns only. It replaces product rows after your confirmation; it is not the buyer order template.
